Fawad Hussain Kamran
Founder & Managing Director
With over three decades of industry experience, he specializes in designing, building, and scaling secure cash logistics and ATM management ecosystems across the GCC and South Asia. His work spans the full value chain—from vaults to vehicles to digital platforms—combining on-ground execution with strategic leadership.
He has helped multiple organizations—both regional players and new entrants—build their cash businesses from the ground up, many of which now lead the respective markets. His expertise covers designing, building and operating Multibank Cash Centres (MBCCs), CIT networks, ATM services, and fleet optimization, all delivered with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and scalability.
Over the years, He has led the design and delivery of multiple state-of-the-art MBCCs, developed route-to-market strategies, and helped clients improve operational visibility and cost control.
He is also the co-creator of one of the region’s first Integrated Cash Management Platforms (ICMP)—a digital solution that enables CIT providers, banks, and regulators to manage the full cash lifecycle through a single, intelligent interface.
Whether advising established players or shaping new ventures, he brings an operator’s mindset, a strategist’s vision, and a builder’s commitment.

He has a strong track record in optimizing operational efficiency, fostering innovation, and ensuring adherence to local regulations.
His proficiency in managing complex operational technology systems, coupled with a strategic mindset, has led to successful outcomes. His approach emphasizes aligning technology initiatives with overarching business goals, ensuring a harmonious balance between innovation and growth.

With over 12 years’ experience at various training institutes in Pakistan Army, he has been a Senior Trainer at National Security Institute NSI at Abu Dhabi; teaching cross domain subjects under cash in transit , static and banking security training.
More than 6 years as Senior Manager Training at Abana Enterprises KSA Riyadh. Apt in developing instructional strategies, creating dynamic curriculum to meet latest training needs, monitoring training effectiveness through effective guidance and close monitoring.
